This position is responsible for defining and implementing “best practice” processes and procedures within IT Operations. Core Role Description * Provide guidance to subordinates based on organizational goals and company policy. Work is reviewed in terms of meeting objectives and schedules. * Develops and administers budgets, schedules, and performance standards.
