** Note: Only apply if you are a heavy weight man-manager with full responsibility experience ** Leading financial organisation seek IT Systems and Architecture Team Manager Ideally the role holder will have a background in senior support (of Windows and/or Unisys Clearpath). Knowledge of Cheque Clearing or Unisys IPS will be of great benefit. A good background in IT Operations/support is required with ideally 2-3 years experience in a Team Leader/Manager position. This role is 50% managerial and 50% technical. The role holder will manage a team of approximately 10 members of staff and will be responsible for all aspects of management. Desirable Skills: W2K Server, Server support, design, architecture, installation. Absolute minimum of 5 years in IT operating/supporting IT systems, EMC SAN, Veritas Netbackup, Volume Manager, Legato DiskXtender, Dell Servers, BMC Patrol/Control-M, HP-UX, UNISYS mainframe, CLEARPATH, Cheque Clearing experience, Retail Banking.
