Required Experience Areas of expertise within this IT Systems role are focused primarily on the development and support of Enterprise systems Management extending specifically to the, design, implementation and support of ESM systems alongside the general housekeeping/upkeep of those systems. As such the ideal candidate would possess the following skills and experience; • Scripting skills – preferably Javascript. • XML/XSL experience preferable • MCSE or equivalent experience in Windows technology • Experience of 2nd / 3rd level support of critical systems in a dynamic environment • Experience in Enterprise Systems Management – preferably with experience of Proxima Centauri, BMC Patrol, BMC Patrol Express or Invoq Systems Alarmpoint • Experience in Capacity and Performance management toolsets (Perform and Predict, or Teamquest) • A understanding of MS SMS technology • Proven organisational and inter-personal skills • An understanding of IT Service Support and IT Service Delivery (ITIL) • G
