To oversee projects in the support of the Business Change Programme. The location can be flexible but is likely to be Northampton or Milton Keynes. Due to the nature of the role travel to other client centres will be a requirement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage cross-functional IT projects spanning the geographical and organizational boundaries within the IT Operations Team.
* Work closely with the Business Change Programme Team and the development organisation.
* Work with and manage external and internal suppliers.
* Represent the IT organisation at customer meetings when required.
* Produce detailed plans for all projects
* Manage contract and/or permanent resource in a flexible cost-effective manner in a team environment for multiple projects.
* Conduct reviews of all IT project deliverables for each project in scope.
REQUIRED ATTRIBUTES:
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
* Have appropriate experience of delivering mission critical projects to time and budget.
