We are currently seeking an shift leader for our prestigious financial client based in Northampton. You will be responsible for managing a shift that delivers IT Operational services and infrastructure to Business areas. This responsibility will include: * Ensuring all work is completed to IT Operational SLAs in accordance with established practices, processes and procedures. * Co-ordination of IT Operational incidents to resolution. * Plan, monitor and allocate workloads, ensuring adequate cover is provided by the shift. * Performing system(s) operation, management and control. * Resolving operation incidents and carrying out recovery actions. * Motivation and development of shift members. * Carry out performance reviews of shift members against requirements of the role. * Ensuring shift members receive appropriate training, and organise this training as required. * Providing written and verbal communication to the Business. * Ensuring the Business are kept appraised of incidents affecting se
