An exciting and challenging opportunity in a senior position has arisen for the right candidate to join our prestigious financial client as Test Co-coordinator responsible for Systems and Acceptance Testing. Joining the team early in the implementation of the new model, the successful candidate will be instrumental in driving forward the changes in testing arena whilst maintaining the momentum with existing projects.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, EXPERTISE and QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in at least 3 of the capabilities described below considered to be minimum requirement for the role:
* Project Management and control ability to effectively plan and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously [5 years plus specific project management experience].
* Test Management understanding of test management principles and concepts advantageous.
* Clearing well developed understanding of e2e clearing process including reconciliation either from an Service Delivery or IT background.
* People Management previous experience of leading, motivating and managing teams.
* Communication track record of effective communication, targeted for audience.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
* Scope, plan and manage the e2e test effort for defined programme.
* Deliver tested projects that meet agreed business requirements.
* Implement changes to the testing process to enhance capability and certainty.
* Ensure that key stakeholders are informed on testing status and issues.
