Assistant Controls Manager required to report to the department head, your duties will include: Maintain project management information to monitor the status of the annual S404 compliance program and prepare status reports for Group; Provide technical support to the business unit in respect of the design of controls, their documentation and testing; Perform and review tests of key business systems and financial controls; Maintain ongoing process and controls documentation in accordance with Group standards.<br>You will be recently qualified or newly qualified (ACA/ACCA), with relevant experience especially of documenting and testing controls for financial audits. With this being a newly created department and position, there are excellent opportunities to develop the role and progress further. Based North Yorkshire commutable from Harrogate, York and Leeds.<br>An internationally renowned plc is currently recruiting for this newly created position to join their Risk Management/Controls and Sarbanes Oxley team.
