Leading regional Building Society Group are looking to expand their IFA financial services arm with a new policy to place a Financial Adviser in every branch.<br><br>They have a highly succesful sales force and as such, they are looking to continue their success by recruiting the right people. <br><br>Some of these branches will not currently be fully supporting 5 days a week but you will have full access to the client database so candidates with direct sales or home service history would be well suited to 'hunt' from this source in addition to branch leads.<br><br>You will need to have at least 3 years relevent experience along with Full FPC and Competent Adviser Status. Your persistency should be at least 90% and your current production should be the equivalent of at least £75,000 gross commission with a reasonably high level of appointments (8-10 1st / 4-5 2nds per week).<br><br>AFPC is highly desirable although not essential.<br><br>You should have reasonably competent IT skills as you will be using a laptop to run the electronic fact-find and product selection software.<br><br>On offer is a 25k basic car or allowance pensions BUPA banking benefits. Realistic 1st year earnings would depend on your experience of IFA advice and how quickly you can pick it up - a minimum of circa £33k, average of £40k and as much as £50-60k for the strongest candidates. Once you reach a certain level of production you will receive dedicated paraplanner support.<br><br>General Eligibility Note:<br>Financial Services is a highly regulated industry and most Financial Adviser, Mortgage Adviser and Sales Manager jobs require applicants to have the relevant qualifications and FSA authorisations. Financial Advisors / Consultants all require the Full FPC (Financial Planning Certificate) and CAS (Competent Adviser Status). Most Mortgage Advice roles require CeMAP or MAQ along with RMA Status (Registered Mortgage Adviser).
