Our East Anglian client wishes to appoint a Finance Director to work with the rest of the board members to further develop an exciting and established business which has benefited from the injection of outside finance. The company has a vision that will see turnover increase dramatically and are in an industry where such expansion is very achievable. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record of achievement in a similar expansive environment. You will be used to working in a company that has equity investors wishing to monitor the progress of their investment. You will be a proactive finance manager able to contribute to fully to board debates and able to motivated and manage the staff of the finance department to produce outstanding results. The position commands an excellent rewards package including a base salary to around £60,000, car, pension, healthcare etc.
