Exceptional opportunity to put your HR training skills to good use in six-month placement as an HR Performance Improvement Manager. You will be part of the dual site HR Advice Services team required to develop and consolidate a leading edge advice and consultancy service across our clients various group companies. This role represents an exciting development opportunity. You will lead and manage a team in the planning, implementation and delivery of a high quality effective and efficient coaching service across HR Advice Services that will result in excellence in performance. You will also contribute to the overall management and development of HR Advice Services team and lead on/ participate in projects and initiatives within HR Services. You will also have the opportunity to deliver a comprehensive training and coaching plan that shows measurable improvement in performance at individual and team level and produce a coaching model that delivers consistency and develops expertise across sites and teams to the benefit of customers/end users. MI reporting which supports effective measurement of performance and supports continuous improvement. To be able to take on this task you will have either a degree or CIPD qualification, 5 years people management experience and a proven ability to develop policies and processes. At least 3 years experience within an HR environment and evidence of achieving success through the application of coaching. There is an excellent package including a base salary or around £35k benefits.
