Following an internal restructure this retail subsidiary of a market leading FTSE 50 organisation now has a requirement for an exceptional Planning and Performance Manager. your key purpose will be driving and supporting financial and operational performance of the business through the performance and planning process, so demonstrably adding value to the business. More specifically you will develop the medium term plans, present performance results to senior management in a way that focuses debate, measure performance against plan and forecast future business. Suitable candidates will be qualified with 2 plus years PQE in a relevant commercial role.
