My client is a $20 billion turnover technology and solutions business ranked on the Fortune 500. Currently we are looking for a ?Big 4` Manager to undertake the integrity of the US GAAP Consolidated Statutory results for the EMEA operation. Reporting into the European Group Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for close reporting, preparation of Government forms, global chart of accounts, statutory forecasting, SOX compliance testing, recapitalisation, quarter close and responsibility for the auditors. Ideally you will be 7 to 10 years post qualified with excellent knowledge accounting standards and US GAAP.
