We have an opportunity for someone to embed themselves in a high profile Credit Manager role for a company that is the clear market leader (FMCG food brands) and is growing 30% year-on-year. Based in West London
The Role
With £100m turnover, and a credit control team of 14, there is a real buzz about the place, and the opportunities for career development are numerous as their success and growth continues
Duties include
• Reporting – DSO, Cash collection
• Setting forecasts and collection activities
• Credit Assessment
• Dealing with Credit Insurance
• Consider the role of 3rd party collections agencies
By far the most important challenges will be to
• Improve procedures
• Motivate and improve the team – promote better team work and performance
• Assimilate the introduction of new systems
If you can demonstrate you have done these things in the past, have a few years Credit Management experience, and are a robust, outward, likeable, and results orientated individual, then please apply to this role!
Salary and benefits
Basic salary is up to £40,000 plus bonus, pension, healthcare, etc.
