Our client, a global pharmaceutical company based in Uxbridge, Middlesex have an opening for an Accounts Payable Clerk. Reporting to the AP Supervisor your key responsibility is to ensure the timely and accurate processing of all invoices. Key tasks will include control of the purchase ledger in terms of inputting invoices, statement reconciliations, resolving queries, producing payment runs etc. You will also be responsible for the processing of employee expenses, ensuring that they comply with company guidelines.
