Excellent opportunity to join this well respected medium sized IFA practice in Twickenham, where the IFA's have over 20 years experience providing advice in all areas of personal financial planning. Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Life and Pensions Administrator to deal with all the administration duties on behalf of 7 IFA's. Working closely with the Director of the firm you will be responsible for obtaining illustrations via the CTP and the Exchange, checking all new business, ensuring that all Reason Why Letters and suitability letters are compliant by the FSA's rules and regulations and that all the relevant documentation is included. You will then be responsible for chasing the relevant life company for the new business documentation, which when issued has all the correct information.
It is essential that the prospective applicant holds the full Financial Planning Certificate and possesses a good working knowledge of using the CTP and the Exchange quotation systems. Should also possess a good working knowledge of the FSA's rules and guidelines, to ensure that all-new business submitted to the life companies is correct. You will also be able to act as the first point of contact to clients ensuring that a first class service is provided.
