Our client is a household name FMCG company operating within an interesting and highly profitable sector. They are seeking a qualified accountant with a minimum of 2 years’ pqe., to join their existing finance team. You will be responsible for the timely and accurate reporting for its European entities and reviewing each market to tight deadlines. You will also be responsible for monthly performance reviews against budget and forecasts and presentation of the results. Additionally there will be involvement in VAT, European tax issues, balance sheet reconciliations and other ad hoc duties as required. As you will be operating within various European markets it is essential you have experience of multi currency reporting and differing country’s regulatory issues. You should have a minimum of 3 years commercial exposure. Exposure to JDE is an advantage.
