FTSE 100 digital television platform and a leading broadcaster of sports, movies, entertainment and news is seeking a qualified ACA to join their Financial Analysis Team. You will be required to provide detailed input to commercial, corporate transactions and deals, providing accounting information to support, assist in the development of reporting, forecasting and payment of dividends and distribution of reserves between group companies including responsibility for providing advice on group restructuring and preparation of group deconsolidation, including investigation of process improvements and intra group recharges and preparation of groups statutory accounts together with project-based work.
