An experienced Accounts Payable Manager is sought by this large local employer.
The position will initially be on a contract basis for 6 - 12 months to assist with additional business needs.
You will be managing the Accounts Payable function, where your responsibilities will include :
Checking all payment batches
Authorising new suppliers
Conducting monthly staff performance reviews
Conducting annual appraisals
Recruitment and training
Reviewing monthly trial balance
Running daily Accounts Payable to General Ledger
Running month end procedure
Clearing all bank reconciliation transactions on a monthly basis
Ensuring all invoices are paid in accordance with agreed terms
You will need previous management experience and have at least 5 years practical experience in accounts payable. Both qualified and qualified by experience applicants will be considered.
