To manage and monitor the achievement of operational standards . Track and manage KPI for the payroll function. Operational responsibility for the production of invoices, allocation of receipts and payments to customers. Manage escalated customer issues. Review and manage processes. Ensure the effective completion of accounts queries and bank reconciliations. Drive and develop the systems and processes to improve the efficiency of duties performed by the payroll team<br>You must have at least 2-3 years management experience. Managing 20 staff. Strong communication skills both internal and external. Strong customer focus. An ability to focus and drive innovation and improvements, to think creatively about better ways of working. Excellent problem solving skills. Excellent report writing skills and data analysis skills. Educated to degree level.<br>Local financial services provider.
