For a maternity cover post. The duration of the assignment will be for seven months.The main responsibilities of this post are to ensure the submission of payroll input and administration to the payroll bureau and verify payroll output and associated reports. To provide details analytical information as and when required. To plan organise and supervise the work of one administrator. To provide knowledge and advice to the HR department and other employees. To undertake projects as designated by the benefits manager and any other duties commensurate with the level of this post.<br>You must have at least four years payroll administration experience with ideally a years supervisory experience. You must have a proven track record of supervising the payroll for a large number of employees within very strict deadlines. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels. You must be able to work on your own initiative and have the ability to problem solve and supervise.You must have excellent access and excel skills and be highly numerical with a good understanding of payroll and tax legislation.<br>Large well established Warrington company.
