Reporting to the Financial Controller you will prepare financial accounts and reports for 130m t/o combined entities, consolidations, corporation tax returns, VAT returns, balance sheet reconciliations and provide key input into the control and reporting of fixed assets. There are a number of projects arising including development of financial systems and investigations into potential acquisition. You will manage a team of up to 8 pq accountants.<br>You will be ACA/ACCA qualified either from a top 10 firm or having gained financial accounting and reporting experience within a medium to large business.<br>Distribution arm of multi-faceted Blue Chip business. Based Liverpool city centre.
