An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior IFA Support Administrator to provide full support to IFAs and policyholders. Your role will be to respond to general commission queries from IFAs and process commission direct credit and cheque lists. You will also process special IFA commission payments including telegraphic transfers, process and issue manual commission cheques and statements, process letters of authority from policyholders, IFAs and other departments.
Prospective applicants must possess similar experience within the industry and have knowledge of IFA database maintenance systems. Applicants will ideally hold a minimum of Part 1 of the Financial Planning Certificate. Applicants must be able to demonstrate good written and oral communication skills and have a willingness to work as part of a team together within working on own initiative.
