Main duties include updating portfolio information, preparing client files for meetings, assisting with the submission of business, pipeline chasing, post and supporting a senior advisor advisors. Other duties include obtaining quotes and maintaining the client database. You will be required to liase with clients and providers on a daily basis.
The successful candidate is likely to be a strong administrator and will be able to evidence a stable and reliable work history. Applications from individuals who have worked in the industry in a sales capacity and want to move into a support role are welcome. Alternatively, you may already be performing a support function but would relish the opportunity to develop your FS knowledge/skill base. The successful individual will have excellent organisational, time management and administration skills. A Financial Services qualification, such as the Financial Planning Certificate FPC, would be useful but not essential. Experience of working within financial services would be a distinct advantage.
