Assistant Financial Accountant required For a Dynamic retail business based in Leicester. Reporting to the financial accountant, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of statutory accounts, including VAT and corporation tax work. You will also be fully responsible for balance sheet reconciliations and have full ownership of the fixed asset register.<br>Ideal candidates will be ACCA intermediate studiers / finalists with strong financial accounting experience. You will have an eye for detail and have detailed working knowledge of double entry accounting, which is viewed as an essential attribute for the role. Candidates will be professional, with good communication skills and the confidence to challenge decisions and propose new ideas.<br>My client is a large national retail business based in Leicester.
