In this very exciting, challenging and senior level role you will assume overall responsibility for the Human Resources function from both an Operational and a Strategic perspective. The employee relations issues and union negotiation within the business will be a key focus of the role. The other areas of responsibility will be recruitment, selection, training, development and change management.<br>You will be CIPD qualified and have 10 years human resources experience and be used to operating at a senior level and be able to build credibility within the organisation. You will have extremely strong union negotiation skills and preferably have experience of working in a distribution environment.<br>Our Client are a distribution business based in Southern Leicestershire and are looking to appoint a Human Resources Manager.
