In your role as HR Manager you will have direct management for a team of three, acting as first point of HR contact for Managers. Your responsibilities will include training and development, performance management, organisational change, redundancy, employee relations issues, payroll and much more!<br>You will need to be CIPD qualified with a minimum of 3 years experience in a generalist role. You will be dealing with HR operational procedures and therefore you will have a strong knowledge of employment law and it''s practical application in day to day issues. You must have the confidence and gravitas necessary to deal with people at all levels of seniority as well as be extremely approachable and diplomatic.<br>Our Client are a successful service business based on the outskirts of Leicestershire and they are looking for an Interim HR Manager to cover a period of maternity leave with a strong possibility the role will become permanent.
