As financial accountant, you will be working within a finance team of over 20 you will report directly to the Head of Financial Accounting. Your responsibilities will include the control of all aspects of the general ledger, including the month end close down and cut off process. You will also be involved with the preparation and finalisation of the statutory accounts, corporation tax computations, VAT returns and consolidation of the financial accounts.<br>You must have prior experience as a financial accountant and have prepared statutory accounts before. Preferably you will be qualified although qualified by experience applicants are also considered.<br>My client is a nationally recognised manufacturing and retail organisation based in Leicestershire.
