Your main areas of responsibility will be the recruitment and selection of new staff and advising on terms and conditions of employment. You will also be key in supporting and advising managers on policies and procedures and the first point of contact on managing ill health, disciplinaries, grievances, maternity and retirement issues.<br>You will be an enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills. You should be able to handle challenging situations that will require you to work on your own initiative and capability to work effectively and under pressure. You must have at least two years experience of working in a busy HR environment with a Certificate in Personnel Practice or equivalent.<br>Our Client are a service organsiation based in Leicestershire and are looking for a Human Resources Advisor to cover a maternity leave on a temporary basis.
