As Finance Manager you will be responsible for the management accounts, financial accounts and payroll amongst other ad-hoc duties. The role provides a lot of variety in a challenging, competitive environment. You will have 2 direct reports and will be operating in a hands on role. You must be motivated and committed to driving the business forward.<br>The ideal candidate must be a qualified accountant with prior man-management experience. A distribution, logistics or retail background is advantageous.<br>My client is a distribution and retail organisation based in South Leicestershire with a turnover of c£5million.
