You will be responsible for planning and implementing internal and external recruitment campaigns in line with forecast requirements, legislation and company policies. Identify and follow through appropriate methods of recruitment. Identify and provide recommendations to help manage turnover. Advise and coach managers on the practical resolution of employee relations including performance and absence management, grievance and disciplinary procedures and equal opportunities. Keep up to date with employment legislation and HR policies and support managers in their application.<br>A minimum of 3 years experience within a generalist HR Officer role in a fast paced environment and ideally be CIPD qualified or working towards. You will be a self starter with excellent planning, organising, relationship management, project management and communication
