Reporting to the Area Personnel Manager, the role will be of a generalist nature and the ideal candidate will be given the opportunity to further develop themselves within the personnel profession. You will be working as part of a close team and will be responsible for providing comprehensive personnel support to designated areas within the business on matters such as recruitment, maternity, disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance management.<br>You are a team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels. You will have a keen eye for detail and be both people and quality focused. A working knowledge of employment law would also be an real advantage.<br>Our Client are a food manufacturing business based in Leicestershire, they are part of a large group of companies operating in the food manufacturing area. Due to the growth of the business they are looking for a Personnel Assistant to add to their Personnel Department
