Our client is a local, directly registered IFA brokerage based in the Blackburn area. They are looking to recruit an enthusiastic mortgage broker with 12 months experience along with Full FPC, CAS and CeMAP or MAQ.<br><br>You can be either home or office based.<br><br>The company runs seminars and direct advertising to bring you 5-10 qualified leads per week. These are high-quality leads with an average case size of £100,000. The bonus scheme is based on your conversion rate to sales with the provided leads on a monthly basis. 100% conversion = £300 per month, 90% = £200 and 80% = £100.<br><br>The package is self-employed but is structured so that you get a guaranteed minimum earnings of £20,000 per year which will rise after your first 6 months. Initially you will require your own car but once the 6 month probationary period is complete, you will get a company car or allowance. Full travel expenses will be paid while you use your own car.<br><br>
