Sales Ledger Team Manager required to lead a successful team. Responsibilities include the full end to end billing process ensuring constant improvement; developing, analysing and disseminating monthly management information; carrying out day-to-day supervision and motivation of administrators; owning and resolving customer related billing issues; producing month end reports, KPI reports and ad hoc reports as required; carry out regular one to one progress meetings, reviews and appraisals in accordance with company procedures; attending all meetings and training sessions as required.<br>The successful candidate will be able to manage high levels of work within a team; cope with large number of different tasks both within the team and for self; excellent facility with complexity - problem solving, analysis, corrective actions; manage within a high change environment, cope well under pressure; meet deadlines; set team objectives and motivate a team; be able to work flexible hours and travel to different site locations / customer locations within England and Scotland; manage in a reactive and pro-active environment; communicate at all levels; customer focused.<br>Our client, a large blue chip company which is a leader in it''s field, requires an experienced sales ledger manager to lead its sales ledger team.
