An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to take uo the role of IFA Support Representative. As a member of a dynamic team, you will provide close support to the front-end sales process to IFA's and the Area Office sales team. The ideal candidate will be required to work on own initiative, acting on customer's instructions and making decisions to meet their needs within compliance guidelines.
The Role:
* Support provided to national and local sales initiatives whilst recognising new business sales opportunities
* Effective technical support to external and internal customers provided and ownership taken of certain customer queries and problems
* Provide assistance to the Area Manager with hospitaltiy and conference organising, preparing statistics and managing sales campaigns
The Person:
* Full or Part Financial Planning Certificate qualified
* Experience of operating within the regulated financial services industry
* Must have at least 18 months experience of working in a demanding and challenging sales environment
* Comfortable with working to demanding deadlines and managing multiple tasks
