Established partnership of a national IFA practice are looking to recruit in a number of locations where they have an excess of leads.<br><br>Consultants will be home-based. They are looking for existing IFA's or tied people who want to become IFA's, with at least FPC 3 ( but they don't nee to be CAS), they would also prefer them to have MAQ/CEMAP.<br><br>They will pay an agreed % of Gross commission, this figure will be agreed at outset, and is usually around the 60% mark.<br><br>They will pay a guaranteed draw of up to £1,500 usually paid per month, but paid as £750.00 fortnightly. (which is a draw against future commissions). This is a schedule D, contract and is therefore paid Gross.<br><br><br><br>General Eligibility Note:<br>Financial Services is a highly regulated industry and most Financial Adviser, Mortgage Adviser and Sales Manager jobs require applicants to have the relevant qualifications and FSA authorisations. Financial Advisors / Consultants all require the Full FPC (Financial Planning Certificate) and CAS (Competent Adviser Status). Most Mortgage Advice roles require CeMAP or MAQ along with RMA Status (Registered Mortgage Adviser).
