Leading provider of Public Services, whose partners include local authorities, Highways Agency and Housing Associations, seeks experienced IA Manager to develop the existing IA program, undertake audit reviews, assist local management where necessary with process and control improvements and implement best practice policies. Previous internal auditing experience is essential - preferably at least 2 years. Applicants must be willing to travel and work away from home (currently within the UK). This is a high profile post and requires energy and initiative.
Candidates should have an Accounting or Internal Audit Qualification - ACA, ACCA, CIMA. If not, the client may consider if evidence of exceptional performance is given. An excellent opportunity for someone looking to move from practice
