Your responsibility will be to sell recruitment solutions and corporate branding activity on our website. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain, and pass on to your clients, a wealth of expertise on the online recruitment market.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To develop good working relationships with key customers
• Providing appropriate commercial solutions whilst maximising revenue.
• To be a central point of contact for key customers
• To gain and maintain a full understanding of online recruitment, competitive sites and market conditions
• Develop business, increase revenue and secure long term bookings
• Lead generation for new business
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Excellent telephone sales skills - need find, objection handling, negotiation, closing
• Tenacity
• Able to build relationships over the telephone
• Proven track record of working within a target driven environment and achieving these targets consistently
• Good time management
• Commercial acumen
• PC literate
• Multi-tasking/deadline oriented
• Able to build external and internal relationships
• Able to acquire an effective working knowledge of our client, market, competitors and customers
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• A minimum of one years successful sales experience within a media environment
• Knowledge of the recruitment marketplace would be useful but not essential
• Only driven, motivated and ambitious individuals need apply!
