Global financial service provider requires a Dialler Manager to cover 2 sites. The sites are in Hertfordshire and North West London.
Job Purpose
Ownership of the Collections dialler process and accountability for its performance by continuously satisfying customer & business expectations. Partner with Collections Managers to set site dialler goals consistent with process & business goals.
Duties
Lead & manage a team of staff responsible for dialler operations, testing, and communicating dialler strategies and statistics across sites
Work with Collections, IT and Dialler suppliers to implement new dialler platforms, upgrades, technologies etc
Work closely with all sites on daily production planning and capacity execution to ensure optimal use of dialler system
Experience Required
Proven ability & experience with Concerto Dialler data management & analysis (min 3-5 years)
Knowledge of Concerto dialling equipment
Knowledge of collection policies, techniques, and practices
Attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills
Ability to work within a team to accomplish goals
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Collections/ Call Centre Experience
Knowledge of applicable UK laws, regulations and operating instructions
The basic salary is upto £38,500 + £5k Car allowance + Discretionary Bonus + benefits
