Leading financial services company has an excellent opportunity for a Complaints Team leader.
Job purpose
To effectively lead a team of complaints officers across multiple sites.
Ensuring management of escalated complaints through delivery of high level of service, monitoring of ongoing competence and staff development. Providing the necessary direction to team and a clear pro-active approach to problem solving and process improvements to maximise quality and efficiency.
Recognising the ability to extend the lifetime of our customers and to seize opportunities to fulfill their future financial needs.
Experience Required
Min 2 years experience: directly handling complaints
Finance Background with particular exposure to secured/unsecured loan industry preferred
Min 2 years experience: team management
Strong letter writing and telephone skills essential
Experience managing remote staff preferred
The basic salary is upto £33k + Bonus + benefits
