The role will be responsible for managing a team in ensuring financial compliance for the business and its clients. ÂKey Job Responsibilities â Sarbanes Oxley Compliance Documentation relating to processes and controls; Internal controls testing; Remediation of control weaknesses; Recommendations for change. Adherence to accounting policies and relevant GAAP (US and UK) Compliance with transfer pricing legislation, cross border and UK/UK ; Revenue recognition. Balance sheet controls and reconciliations Keeping up to date with changes to GAAP (US and UK) and assess changes to policies and procedures within each business Corporation/Income and VAT compliance Oversee preparation and submission of tax packs and other tax reporting information as required; Review of overseas returns prepared by external advisers; Management of indirect tax issues, including preparation of VAT returns and including provision of VAT advice.
