Excellent opportunity for a Mortgage IFA to join one of the country's leading estate agencies, based from an estate agency office in Basingstoke. All leads are supplied via the estate agency office as well as a very impressive web site, office support is provided to enable you to spend your time writing business rather than coping with administration duties. You will be targeted to achieve 12 appointments and write at least 3 mortgage cases per week. The commission level is across the board on all associated products sold including term assurance and general insurance with no validation level.
For the role of Mortgage IFA you should possess the CeMAP qualification or equivalent, FPC is not essential but you should possess at least 18 months experience within the mortgage industry. Must have evidence of a successful track record with your previous employer.
