To assist the financial accountant in providing financial support for the region, in addition to providing general support to the management accounts function. Prepare and maintain sterling, dollar and euro cash books System bank reconciliation Input accounts receivable (AR) cash onto accounting system Produce daily report for cash reporting Prepare a cash flow statement for the monthly actuals taken from on line banking reports Perform petty cash function, ensuring reconciliations and posting of entries. Assist in testing and updating of documentation for Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations Control and distribution of AP invoices for Basingstoke site in line with monthly timetable Prepare journals for lease vehicles, cost recovery, excess mileage and car insurance AAT finalist or technician level Work in a logical manner with an eye for detail 2-3 years finance accounts experience Good Excel skills Team player ÂÕ âõ Please email your cv to lindsey.edwards@roberthalf.co.uk
