To maintain the integrity of the Companys stock information. To develop systems and processes to ensure stock records are accurate, timely and complete in order to enhance the decision-making needs of the business. ÂKey responsibilities â 1.ÔCarry out Company stock-take which includes: - On-site auditing - Administration and processing - Variance Reporting - Developing and monitoring Perpetual Inventory Systems 2.ÔPeriodically produce and analyse variance reports for use by Accounts, Manufacturing, Commodities and Procurement functions. 3.ÔManage Accounts Payable - Stock Invoices - Receipt and Accounts Payable Variances 4.ÔInvestigate and respond to all stock queries. 5.ÔCarry out balance sheet reconciliations on purchase order receipt accounts relating to stock. Skills / Knowledge ·ÔStrong technical understanding of accounting processes ·ÔIntermediate PC Skills in Microsoft Office Word and Excel ·ÔGood understanding of ERP systems i.e. MFG/Pro ·ÔOther Proprietary Software Warehouse Management Systems Qualifications CIMA Intermediate part qualified or equivalent Please email your cv to kathryn.wood@roberthalf.co.uk
