ÂPurpose âThe purpose of this role is to maintain the Cashier Function. Liaise with individuals throughout the business to ensure that all cash transactions are processed efficiently. Ensure that the various bank accounts are reconciled each period and ledgers are kept up to date and accurate at all times. ÂKey responsibilities âProcessing all payments via BACS and manual cheques as required Maintenance and reconciliation of bank accounts and foreign currency floats Matching hedged currencies against invoices received Daily Banking including Staff Shop takings Maintenance of system exchange rates Processing of Natwest Credit Cards and Dialcard Seek ongoing improvements in Transaction processes liaising with other Departments as required Qualifications Strong technical understanding of accounting processes Advanced PC Skills in Microsoft Office Good understanding of ERP systems i.e. MFG/Pro Please email your cv to alison.perry@roberthalf.co.uk
