The main responsibility of the job will be to work with the consolidation manager to ensure that the consolidation of European financial data is both accurate and completed within the strict reporting deadlines. The key duties include: Assist and support the consolidation manager throughout the consolidation process Assist and support European Financial Controllers and International Finance on Technical / US GAAP issues and reporting Maintain the Delegation of Authority database and documentation Prepare, update and issue the inter-company matching reports Support the Consolidation Manager on the maintenance of the internal controls framework as required by Sarbanes Oxley Actively involved in completion of European SOX Â âSupport Strategic Plan, Budget and Forecast processes Qualifications;Ô Is a recently Qualified Accountant A basic knowledge of USGAAP is essential Please email your cv to kathryn.wood@roberthalf.co.uk
