Accounts Assistant Winchester £17 - 19k Our client is looking to recruit a strong Nominal Ledger Assistant to add to their established finance team. Your responsibilities will include - Preparation and reconciliation of cashbooks Reconciliation of scheme business and nominal ledgers Preparation of banking (large volume) Calculation and preparation of commission statements to Agents Purchase ledger maintenance on Sage line 50 Preparation of payments via on-line banking system Cash management (in line with authority levels) Raise invoices for services provided by Group and monitor receipt of settlement Handle verbal and written communication to agreed departmental standards and provide high level of customer service The successful candidate will have a high level of computer knowledge together with experience of a similar finance function. You should be committed, be able to show initiative and enjoy working within a dynamic and developing team.
