Manager-Transaction Services
Purpose of the role
To assist in the management of TS assignments and teams and to raise the TS profile internally and externally. The opportunity will provide a broad commercial experience, working as part of a dedicated and dynamic team.
Main Responsibilities
Conducting and Managing a range of TS assignments and teams, including planning of the assignment, adherence to the firm's risk management procedures, scoping of work, writing engagement letters.
Managing the timetables of the financial due diligence, including coordination of partner reviews, time costs, resource requirements.
Preparation of financial due diligence reports
Being proactively involved with marketing activities
Preparation of proposals and attending formal work pitches
Building a network of relationships to ensure constant flow of opportunities
Solving operational problems
Managing of Client Relationships and managing the day to day conduct of transactions from start to finish
Providing support and guidance to TS executives
You will be a qualified accountant with a minimum of two years corporate finance (transaction services) experience. You will be responsible for the management and development of a team of three. This is an excellent opportunity to work for one of the UKs larger firms especially at what is a significant point in the development of their corporate finance offering; as such this is a high profile position which could lead to partnership.
Salary to £44,000
