Operating within a niche position in the middle to upper sector of the retail market, the company has preserved and built upon its status by successfully combining tradition and quality with a forward-looking business management approach.
The position they are currently recruiting for is that of Assistant Manager for their outlet in Sterling Mills Designer Outlet Village. This fantastic opportunity will see you working as an integral part of the management structure under a fully generalist remit. The successful Assistant Manager will therefore become heavily involved in all aspects of the branch.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, sales, staff management, creating and maintaining strong working relationships with employees, recruitment, excelling in customer service and pushing forward their store to ensure it maintains its position as a first rate retailer and an employer of choice.
