Purchase Ordering / Sales Administration required to work alongside a busy accounts department. You will be responsible for the purchasing of all materials, both office and factory, for my client. Duties will include handling all stock and orders, inputting orders on an excel spreadsheet, matching delivery notes to stock received, chasing orders and maintaining the order database.<br>You will have a sound knowledge of both Microsoft Excel and Word and a previous background in purchasing. A solid employment history will be advantage, as will an ability to show initiative and make decisions. You should be dynamic and happy to work as part of a team.<br>My client is a manufacturer and distributor of home decorations. They are a market leader, dealing with well established retailers such as John Lewis and DFS. They have both a manufacturing and distribution centre on site and are looking to expand there company in the coming year.<br><b>Only applicants with a minimum of six months accounting experience, who are based in the UK and have the legal right to work in the UK will be considered.</b>
