Sarbanes Oxley Consultant required for design and implementation of remedial action to close gaps in design and operational effectiveness. Be a key part of audit review meetings with internal and external auditors and senior executives. Reporting to the European controller you will document risks to the business and highlight the controls that are in place to mitigate those risks.<br>You will be ACA / ACCA / ACMA qualified and ideally be from an audit background having extensive experience with Sarbanes Oxley compliance. You will have a pleasant but forceful disposition and be able to liaise at all levels.<br>Our client is a international manufacturing company who has an opportunity for a Sarbanes Oxley Consultant.
